Abu Dhabi, February 4, 2025 – His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, has issued a decision to restructure the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club.

The newly formed board will be led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan as Chairman, with the following members:

• Majid Abdullah Al Muhairi – Vice Chairman
• Saif Saif Al Suwaidi – Member
• Khalifa Abdullah Al Qubaisi – Member
• Mubarak Salem Al Ameri – Member
• Maryam Mohammed Balfaqih – Member
• Mohammed Saif Al Kaabi – Member

The new board tenure will extend for three years from the date of the decision’s issuance.
