Zhengzhou, China – October 11, 2025 : Sweden’s Jonas Andersson secured an impressive victory in Sprint Race 1 of the UIM F1H2O Grand Prix of Zhengzhou, leading from start to finish to claim the win by 12.97 seconds ahead of Shaun Torrente (Victory Team), with Grant Trask (Team Sweden) finishing third.

For Team Abu Dhabi, Erik Stark delivered a consistent performance to finish 10th, while Mansoor Al Mansooriplaced 17th, as the team continues to refine its technical setup in preparation for the main race.

Team Manager Thani Al Qemzi stated: “The team is focused and confident. We are working on fine-tuning the balance of the boats to deliver a stronger performance in the main race, and we trust our drivers to represent Team Abu Dhabi with pride.”

The third round of the championship featured intense competition, with Alec Weckström (Victory Team) and Stefan Arand (Sharjah Team) showing impressive pace among the front-runners.

The Main Race will take place on Sunday at 10:00 AM (China Time) / 6:00 AM (UAE Time), where Team Abu Dhabi will aim to secure valuable points in the overall standings.
