Sharjah, UAE – 17 December 2025: Abu Dhabi Powerboat Team will compete in the final round of the Formula 1 Powerboat World Championship, hosted by the Emirate of Sharjah on Saturday and Sunday, 20–21 December, with high ambitions to conclude the season on a strong note and claim the title of the final round, despite being out of contention for the overall championship title this season.

Through its drivers, Erik Stark, pilot of Abu Dhabi Boat No. 6, and Mansoor Al Mansoori, pilot of Abu Dhabi Boat No. 5, the team is targeting podium finishes in the season finale, aiming to deliver a strong performance that reflects the team’s stature and extensive experience in the world championship—particularly in light of the advanced levels of performance demonstrated by the team during the previous rounds.

Driver Erik Stark currently sits seventh in the overall championship standings and, together with teammate Mansoor Al Mansoori, is looking to make the most of the Sharjah round, finish the season with positive results, strengthen Abu Dhabi Powerboat Team’s presence, and reaffirm its ability to compete at the highest level in global powerboat racing.
